We are offering a music program, “ SCHOOL OF ROCK” for our young music students.

Teens that are taking private music instruction through the school have a great time learning how to play their instrument. They invest quality learning time with their instructors and spend time on their own working on those skills taught at lesson.  

We feel that when a student gets to a certain playing level it is beneficial for them to start playing / performing with peers at the same skill level. School provides a structured environment for those students learning
orchestra and band instruments.

We are excited to offer an additional learning opportunity for those students who are studying the guitar,
bass, piano, violin, viola, percussion and voice here at the school.  

 The Rock Band is made up of a group of kids who are ready to start playing / performing music on a more advanced level. The coaching provided by Lise Schoening (staff instructor) is useful to help guide and give structure to each session. The course emphasis is musical direction.

Playing opportunities are booked when the group has reached a "performance level"
and have a sufficient amount of material to present.

    This is our younger group of developing musicians learning  
   how to play with one another, getting control over their equipment  
   and developing their individual sound  
  and style.
